- Experiencing a Bad Patch in Relationship, Wealth loss, Stagnation in your Career or sudden occurrence of a Health problem.
- Moving into new or existing residential homes or commercial/industrial properties, and awaiting for renovation.
- Overseas’ Homeowners who require a Feng Shui assessment for their real estate properties, can consider the Online Property Consultation where travelling may not be a good option. The consultation will be delivered as an Online Meetup session via Video or Audio conferencing platform, such as Zoom, Teams, or simply by Whatapp or Facetime.
What you will receive?
The on-Site property consultation comprises the following:
Generally, besides a detailed onsite Feng Shui assessment, it will be followed up with at least 2 or 3 more meetup sessions.
- On-Site Feng Shui assessment.
- Analysis and sharing on the finding and remedial actions.
- Inspection on the remedical actions before move-in.
- Review and followup on the analysis after move-in.
For the Commercial/Business:
An Analysis Report will comprise with the following deliverables:
- The Potential and Weakness of your property with External and Internal Environment.
- Analysis of your working spaces, such as the Office Main Door, Sales & Marketing, Director room, etc.
- Improvement to your business spaces to negate or reduce the negative impact, if any.
- Recommendation on Wealth enhancement for Business growth and opportunities.
For the Residential:
An Analysis Report will comprise with the following deliverables:
- The Potential and Weakness of your property with External and Internal Environment.
- Analysis of your living spaces like the Main Door, Bedrooms and Kitchen.
- Improvement to your living spaces to negate or reduce the negative impact, if any.
- Recommendation to support your life goals as well as your loved ones.
For both Residential and Commercial / Business, Date Selection will be advised for Moving-in, Renovation, Groundbreaking or any Feng Shui remedial changes based on the analysis, if require.
Note:
- As the consultation is based on Classical Feng Shui, there will be no ritual or placement of objects involve.
- Online Meetup can be arranged in some sessions.
How will the Report be delivered?
A report based on the on-Site assessment and recommended remedial actions (if required) will be delivered as an email attachment after the consultation session in about 7 working days or earlier. As I took pride and care to evaluate every analysis, should more time is needed owing to more analysis is required; I will notify you of the new estimate date of delivery.
